Make a Complaint

The British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy (BSCHIP) is committed to upholding high standards in psychotherapy practice and ensuring public protection concerning our members and accredited training courses.

 

If you have concerns or wish to make a complaint about a BSCHIP member, accredited training provider, volunteer, or staff member, please contact us via email and include the following details:

 

  1. Your full name

 

  1. Your address

 

  1. Your relationship to the individual or organisation involved (e.g., client, trainee, colleague).

 

  1. Details of your complaint, including the nature of the issue and the party involved.

 

  1. Confirmation of prior communication: State whether you have already raised the matter with the individual or organisation concerned.

 

  1. Supporting evidence: Attach any relevant documents, such as emails, letters, contracts, or screenshots. If you are unsure about what to include, we can discuss this further after you contact us.

 

  1. Your desired outcome: Specify the resolution you are seeking.

By submitting your complaint, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also authorise the BSCHIP Complaints Department to share relevant information with appropriate staff or committee members to address your concern.

 

Please note: Some details may be shared with the NCIP member involved to allow them to respond to the complaint.
